Matt brings more than 15 years of experience across medical devices, engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and business leadership.
His leadership experience at Breg and Elevate Movement spans product development engineering and management, program management, operations and quality, Chief Operating Officer, and interim Chief Executive Officer responsibilities. He also brings board member experience, connecting operational decisions with company strategy and governance.
Through Passage Lite, he works alongside founders, executives, and their teams to connect technical execution with financial planning and sound business decisions. When a project calls for specialist expertise, he can bring in collaborators in areas such as design and production scale-up.
Alongside its consulting work, Passage Lite is beginning to develop business-focused software applications, with an emphasis on useful tools and considered design.
